Sleep Aromatic Water (100ml)

Sleep Aromatic Water (SAW) helps you sleep better.  SAW is a mixture of natural / organic, therapeutic grade Hydrosol and Essential oil of Philippine Cinnamon and Lemongrass and a little ethanol.  The Philippine cinnamon is loaded with anti oxidants such as eugenol, beta linalool, caryophyllene to help reduce anxiety, relax / calm (sedate) us, and help us breath better, thereby helping us sleep.

How to Use the Sleep Aromatic Water (SAW)

• Remove cap of 100-mL SAW bottle containing the SAW.
• Pour the contents of the bottle containing SAW hydrosol into the cap (approximately 5 mL).
• Make sure hands and face are clean. Pour the contents of the bottle cap on the palm of your hands.
• Rub your hands and apply SAW to your face.
• Bring your hands to your nose and take at least 2 deep breaths and finally to the hands.
• Do this daily at least 10 minutes before going to bed.
