Registering as a seller through our “Be A Seller” page is an incredibly straightforward process, making it easy to create your account.
⒉Upload Your Products and Start Selling
Once you complete the registration process, you’ll gain access to your personal dashboard, allowing you to swiftly upload your products. Our vendor dashboard is designed to be user-friendly and seamless, making the listing process incredibly straightforward.
⒊Order Confirmation and Shipping
Upon receiving an order, you’ll receive notifications both through your dashboard and via email. It’s important to process orders promptly and update the order status accordingly if it’s ready for pickup. Our dedicated riders will collect your item on the same day and ensure its secure delivery to your valued customer.
⒋Collect Payments
Rest assured that your sales will be deposited into your nominated bank account on a weekly basis, completely free of charge. You can have peace of mind knowing that your funds are secure with us.
- What is your fulfillment process?
Step 1: A customer places an order through your Purplestone Account.
Step 2: Prepare the items for shipment and update the status to “Awaiting Pick up.”
Step 3: Receive a waybill via email and also receive a notification on your dashboard.
Step 4: Print the waybill and affix it to the package as a label.
Step 5: The courier will pick up the package on the same day you receive the waybill, within business hours or the following day.
Step 6: The courier will deliver the items directly to your customer. - Do you need inventory?
No, we do not require you to submit your inventory to us. You have the responsibility and freedom to handle all aspects of your store, from uploading products and managing stock levels to fulfilling orders. Our platform provides you with a user-friendly dashboard that enables you to independently manage these essential tasks. Rest assured, we trust you to take charge of your store’s operations.
- Do you stock products or provide warehousing?
No, we do not stock your products or offer warehousing services. Your products will remain with you until a customer makes a purchase from your store. From the moment the package is picked up by the courier from your location until it reaches your customer, the products will not pass through the Purplestone PH main office. Our setup follows a “from Seller to Buyer” concept, allowing you to maintain control and direct ownership of your inventory throughout the entire process. - Do you have a physical store?

Joining our platform is absolutely free of charge. There are no membership fees or hidden charges involved 🙂
Our platform charges a competitive rate of 5% commission basis, which is lower compared to other platforms and will be deducted from the sales you make.Door-to-door shipping is seamlessly integrated into our platform, and the cost will be covered by the customer.
